Constraint Manager Training
Constraint Manager Course Description
CA Design’s one day Cadence Allegro Constraint Manager course is an in-depth introduction to the Cadence platform covering high speed constraints. We show the engineer how to properly set up complex and technically challenging constraints including DDR3, LVDS, USB, and PCIe constraints. Most importantly, we show options and work-arounds to constraint limitations. There are many items within Contstraint Manager which must be set for the constraints to actually work. Without specific training, it’s extremely difficult for any engineer to find all of the settings required for a valid design. As always, we teach real world applications of the software, with work-arounds when they’re needed and how to optimize it’s strong points. The class is designed as an engineer-to-engineer class, giving real-world solutions to real-world problems.
